The crest is split into four sections of pale blue and edged with yellow. Adorning the top of the head is a large crest that can fold in and out. A pair of antenna-like protrusions are seen on the lower jaw, colored purple and tipped with blue. There are two slit-shaped openings on the body, one on the chest and another on the lower flank. Above this fin on the dorsal side are a pair of more rounded fins with a small triangular dorsal fin in front of them. The underside of the body is pale gray and has a long fin that ends with a notch before the tail. It has a pair of two-fingered squat forearms, each finger ending with a round yellow suction cup. The Sea Monkey is predominantly light purple in color, with a larger blue stripe going down from its head to its forearm, and a smaller yellow stripe stretching down to its tail. So.wow.īut thanks for your completely useless and off topic comment. The Sea Monkey is a medium-sized, intelligent fauna species with a habit of stealing interesting objects. I mean, you sort of nit picked something that was just completely out of context and then made a personal attack on me. So what you are saying is that you actually didn't read a single thing in my post then. "But it's not fair that I struck out! He was throwing the ball too fast! He should throw it slower!" "Git gud" is not an insult or a pejorative - it's a plea from gamers who understand that some games require developing your actual real-world skills to play properly. Nasojir undoubtedly would prefer an XP-accumulation system that allows you to earn a Perk that makes Seamonkeys ignore you. ^Those guys are usually the ones who understand that there are these things called video gaming skills - that back in the day before games had "Perks" that make the game easier as you play in order to provide a sense of progression, players were expected to improve their own personal skills as gamers in order to make it though difficult or challenging scenarios. Originally posted by nasojjr:Of course there will always be that guy "Learn to deal with it". Just swim after them (they won't go far) and steal it back. Just a tip, don't knife them till after you get your stuff back because the attack makes them swim away at top speed. I can deal with taking care of my smaller tools. Take away their ability to steal my sea glider, problem solved. But if it can take the sea glider right out of my hands while I'm moving, well, that can't be avoided. So, if it was just tools that were an issue, no problem. And I couldn't catch it, by which point of course I'm too far down and I died from lack of oxygen. I hit it once, but it was faster than me. But when I'm intercepted while moving on my seaglide, and it takes it right out of my hands, how exactly do I avoid or thwart that? I can't exactly put my seaglider away. And yeah, I did put my tools away after using it. I'm assuming you didn't even read through my original post. Not sure I'll be coming back to this one for a while. Do people carry a second sea glider with them for this sort of thing? I don't know, but it left a sour taste in my mouth. So, well, I can handle losing a tool because I didn't put it away, but when a sea monkey can steal my sea glide while I'm zooming along and I can't catch him, well, there is nothing I can do to stop that, short of not using a sea glide I guess. Well, I can't catch him because he's faster than me, I tried to kill him with my knife, but again, he's faster than me, and I was down far enough, I died from lack of oxygen. I'd read enough to keep my tools put away after using them but I was zooming along with my seaglide and a sea monkey comes up and there is some sort of mini cut scene where I pat his head, and then off he goes with my seaglide. But I recently thought I'd play again since my last play time was only a week or two after EA launch. So I'm sure there have been plenty of threads about sea monkeys and I've read through several.
